The Cadet Force Movement is a youth movement with a difference. The difference being that it is a disciplined organization with a rank structure. Working within this environment the youths are given a feeling of stability and purpose.

The training is based upon military skills but the aim is not to produce a highly trained soldier. Our aim is to appeal to the imagination of the youngsters, challenge them and channel their energies into developing a well rounded world class citizen equipped with leadership and life skills...all valuable to civilian and soldier alike .

For our part we believe the work we do is probably the most important we have ever done in our Service careers and we are proud to be able to assist those whose spirit of service is so strong that they truly dedicate their time freely to training cadets.
